		<description>Interesting. The issue is quite simple. At its core is the breaking of the law by entering the country illegally. Generally speaking when you break the law, as in a burglary for example, the judge does not wax sentimental and say &#039;poor thing,&#039; we know you work hard, etc. so we&#039;ll let you go home. No harm. No foul. However, that would be unfair to the homeowner whose property he may have stolen and damaged. The only solution is to treat everyone fairly and equally. Once that basis is established,it should not be hard to work out policy.</description>
